It may be a duplicate charge which we will be happy to refund. It may also be that the issuing bank has put a temporary hold on that amount due to a failed payment attempt. If you have a question regarding a failed transaction hold you will want to contact the issuing bank for your card. You may contact us to determine whether it's an actual duplicate or failed transaction hold.
