If you would like to add questions to test bank you will need to click the Edit Question Set button, then Select The Chapter that you want to add the question to, then click on Step 2 Select Topics that is above the image of the textbook. This will then take you to a blue page that shows you the available topics that you can choose from for this chapter. The right hand side of this page has a Questions Link that you can click on to view the questions for the particular section of the chapter. When you see the test bank there is an Add Button on the bottom of the test bank. When you click the add button the Question Template will show up for you to fill in with your question. When you have added the questions that you want you will then have to close the template and the topic selection page and then reopen it to view the questions that you have added.
