If you are not receiving the emails in your inbox:
- Be sure to spell your email correctly so that you receive the emails. Some typical problems with email addresses are:
- Spaces
- Extra periods
- Including "student." after the @ symbol when it is not required, or vice versa
- Using a non-school email address such as outlook.com, gmail.com, etc. (if you used a non-school email for your purchase, check that email account for our reset email.)
- Check your spam/junk folder. Many campuses or other email providers will move these messages automatically to a spam or junk folder.
